Q: Do you have an online store?
A: We currently do not sell products online. While this is an option we are considering, we pride ourselves on our 5 Star in-store customer experience where you can speak face to face with our staff of NAFC Certified Nutrition Coaches for expert information on all the products we offer.
Q: I recently purchased the wrong product. Can I return it?
A: We will gladly exchange an item or refund its purchase price if it is unopened and accompanied by the receipt within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason these conditions cannot be met, please give us a call at (909) 597-0844 and we will do our best to assist you.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes we do! Stop by any of our locations and we will be more than happy to assist you in purchasing a gift card.
Q: Do you price match?
A: We do not price match as we continually monitor our competitors and online prices and adjust accordingly to ensure you are getting the lowest prices on all of our products. If for any reason a product can be found cheaper, let us know! We can pass this information along to our Corporate Office for review.
Q: How can I get my products into your stores?
A: We are always looking to expand our product selection. Please visit our Suppliers page to fill out a contact form that gets sent straight to our buyers. If interested, they will reach out for more information. Please keep in mind that they receive dozens of emails from various suppliers every day and it may take time for them to review your information.
